Delivery & Configuration

Just let us know where and when you would like your stretch tent set up and we will come as a team to rig and de-rig when it is convenient for you.

Our general rule of thumb is to set up the stretch tent the day before the event takes place, to give you time to furnish/decorate the event space. We usually de re-rig the next working day after your event.

(Please note this can change due to tent/staff availability)

The set up time depends entirely on the nature of the terrain/setting. As a rough guide it can take anywhere between 3-4 hours for the configuration of the stretch tent. Flooring & Lighting will add time to the set up.
